@VZWSupport They finally fixed it. This has happened on several jetpack 900Ls. The issue is that payment doesnāt go through during activation steps from the portal on the device. Serious problem that has wasted a lot of time. Took awhile but they just figured to charge me and it fixed it.

Been sharing internet with my friend who lives in the unit above. Heās moving today and I wonāt have gigablast installed til next week. So Iām trying to get a @Verizon hotspot activated after giving up on it a week ago. Oof is there system garbage. Phone support is so confused

Verizon is good since it has a wide phone service. But sprint is really cheap and comes with hulu but I'm afraid it covers the basic $5 hulu coverage while I'm paying for live TV... some one help lol

@VerizonSupport Thatās the issue. His account is so old he doesnāt have a pin and no email address attached. He also just got his first smart phone. So. Heās regretting it now because your company is making it so hard to pay his bill.

@Verizon Iāve been a customer since 2001. I promise you no one else wants to pay this bill except me why do yāall ask this much information to verify who I am? This alone makes me want to just not have a phone period.
