Your parcel is often still on its way

You should contact your local Post Office as soon as possible. They will contact the Mail Carrier that marked it as being delivered and the Mail Carrier may be able to tell you where the package was delivered. Have the Postmaster check and see what the GPS location of the scan was.

Check the delivery address you gave the seller. Then contact them and ask where your order is. If the seller claims they've delivered it or don't know where it is, you can ask for a redelivery.

If USPS is reporting "delivered", you will need to contact USPS directly to file a missing mail search. To save time, we suggest reaching out via email by submitting a service request here. If FEDEX is reporting "delivered", you will need to contact FEDEX directly to file a claim.

Call UPS Customer Service directly at 1-800-742-5877 and explain that your package says it's been delivered, but you can't find it. If you know your neighborhood UPS delivery driver, you could also ask them what happened with the delivery and where they may have left it.

If your package's tracking status says it was delivered but you can't find it, go to our tracking page and follow these steps: Enter your tracking number or reference number. Select Manage Delivery, then Report Missing Package.

If the tracking information has the correct address, then it is likely a clerical error on the part of the Post Office. If their scanner was set to "Delivered" instead of "Accepted" during the scan, it will update the tracking information with the Delivered status.

Pictures are only taken if the driver feels it's necessary for proof of delivery or if the package is left in a location that may be difficult to find. If you don't see the “View Package Photos” option in your delivery details, it means that pictures are not available for your package.
