The Akila City puddle glitch, shared on Reddit by /u/Heretic0, allows you to access - and ransack - the Vendor Chest belonging to Shepherd's General Store on Akila.
To access this chest, walk outside Shepherd's General Store in third-person mode, then crouch near the small puddle on the ground. You may need to move around a little to find the sweet spot, but when you do, you can take all items from the Vendor Chest freely.
Starfield Lodge Mannequin Loot Exploit
As discovered by a user on Twitter, there is a way to get around a heavily locked up space suit that you can find extremely early in the game.
As soon as you complete the first Main Quest - One Small Step - and are given access to The Lodge Key, look for a door to the right of the entrance to travel down to the basem*nt. Head past the room full of crafting stages, then take a right to move into a storage room, where you'll find a premium suit of Mark 1 Spacesuit Armor behind a Master locked display case on a mannequin.
Normally, you'd have to wait quite a while before attempting to pick the master lock (which requires 3 points in Security), but there is a way to access the mannequin without opening the lock. Go into first person mode and carefully align your field of view with a slim gap in the door, and move your reticle dot up and down the gap until you hover over the mannequin's arm and the prompt to interact appears.
Now you can examine the mannequin and remove it's Mark 1 Spacesuit, Mark 1 Space Helmet, and Mark 1 Pack, which also doesn't count as stealing! Though the armor doesn't have any special abilities, its basic armor and hazard protection are leagues better than what you'll find in any armor for a very long time, and once you learn Spacesuit Crafting Skills, you can modify it with even more bonuses!
Perhaps the funniest patch notes have to do with the ship. There's a fix for an issue that caused in-ship mannequins (which you'd use to display items) to basically steal your stuff. Items would disappear, which could be a sign that said mannequins are sentient.

To be able to land on New Atlantis again you must travel quickly to New Jemison, wait for the end of the scan and wait at least 4 hours on a chair or in the frontier's bed. Once the 4 hours have passed, you can quickly travel to New Atlantis or the Lodge without the game crashing.
