FIELD HOSPITALS - STATE DEPARTMENT – AFRICA
Problem:The Department of State provided field hospitals to five countries in Africa to develop capabilities and capacity in certain military disciplines.
Solution:As a part of the Global Peace Operations Initiative (GPOI), the DoS worked with HDT Global and ADS to procure and deliver more that five complete field hospital systems. These solutions included HDT Base-X shelters, flooring, lighting, power generation and management systems, environmental control units. Medical consumables and equipment to include oxygen generation, radiology, monitors, beds, dental and other durable medical equipment were also provided.
