How to set up wyze chime? ›
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Video Doorbell.
- Tap on the Settings gear on the top right.
- Tap Accessories > + plus sign.
- Tap Next.
- Plug your chime into a standard power outlet.
- Under the chime, press and hold the reset button until the blue light begins flashing.
- Tap Finish.
- Launch the app and choose Sign in / Sign up and enter your work email address.
- Select Login with Amazon.
- Select Create a new Amazon account.
- Provide your name, your work email address, set a strong password and select Create your Amazon account.
Check that your Wyze Video Doorbell's firmware is up to date. You can check this by going to the Account tab > Firmware Update. If there is an update available for the doorbell, please move forward with updating it.
How do I reset the Wyze Chime? ›Press and hold the reset button on the side of your Wyze Chime Pro for 3-5 seconds until "reset successfully" prompts. Set up your doorbell and chime as new in the Wyze app.
How do I connect my Wyze doorbell to wi-fi? ›In the app, tap the checkbox “I see yellow light flashes” then tap Next. The doorbell will automatically begin searching for Wyze Chime Pro and will then prompt you to select your Wi-Fi network and enter the Wi-Fi password. Tap Connect. Tip💡: You can connect to either a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi!
