Step 1
prior to the massage

Before you come to our spa & wellness, we recommend that you take a shower at home. Our authentic Thai masseuse will take you to a separate room where you will have the opportunity to change.

After you have changed, you can take place on the heated mattress. The heat helps you to relax your muscles, allowing a deeper effect of the massage. The masseuse then places a towel on the area that is not being massaged to make sure your body stays warm.

Stap 2
time to enjoy: the Thai massage

Time to enjoy! Make sure you lie as comfortably as possible while enjoying the wonderful relaxing Thai massage. At the start of the Thai massage you lie on your stomach, after which you lie on your back during the massage. During the massage we massage your head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands, stomach, chest, legs and feet. Before and during the treatment you have the opportunity to indicate the pace and pressure.

During the massage, the pressure points in the body - also called sen in Thai - and knots in the muscles are massaged loosely. The massage has a therapeutic effect for many mental and physical complaints such as asthma, migraine, muscle and joint pain, stress, high blood pressure, insomnia and depression. In addition, the massage improves the immune system and blood circulation.

Stap 3
after the massage

After the massage you will feel completely zen. You will experience that your muscles are wonderfully loose and that you feel rested. To complete the wellness experience, you can combine the Thai massage with a visit to our sauna or the steam cabin including aromatherapy. Do not forget to drink a glass of water or tea after the traditional Thai massage. This helps to remove the waste products released from the body during the massage.
