Netflix is one of the most popular streaming services in the world, with nearly 270 million subscribers. And just what do those people tend to watch? In particular, what is the most popular movie on Netflix? Each week, the streaming service releases a list of its 10 most-watched movies over a recent seven-day period to keep subscribers in the loop regarding its most popular titles.
There are two new films in the top spots. Under Paris, the French shark film, comes in at No. 2, while Hit Man, Richard Linklater’s romantic dramedy, debuts at No. 1.Godzilla Minus Onecontinues to increase in popularity each week, jumping to No. 3. Then, there’s The Super Mario Bros. Movie, which remains in the top 10 for an unprecedented 26th week. Gary takes pity on Madison and convinces her to call off the hit. Gary begins a romantic relationship with Madison, but a dark secret threatens to thwart his personal and professional lives.
