Dear network,It is with a heavy heart that I communicate to you all that last week, after more than 15 years of working with the greatest team, my journey at Bechtle direct Belgium came to an end. I want to thank all the partners for the always pleasant and successful cooperation. That goes as well for my international colleagues #Bechtle who accompanied me during this journey. Thanks for your long-term support and your business.At the same time I feel immensely proud of what we have accomplished as a team. From “Bechtel who?!” 15 years ago to an established IT Solutions Reseller in Belgium. I am even more thankful to my team in Belgium. Mentioning one colleague would not do justice to the other, so my gratitude goes towards my whole Bechtle direct Belgium team: It was an honour and a privilege to lead you and grow with you. More than once I have stated that I had the best job ever, and I am convinced you will continue Bechtle Belgiums’ successful journey. You are the best! As for myself, I will take some time to relax, reflect, see my neglected family and friends, row, hike and climb a bit. This morning sustainabee Wendy Martens and back office hero Michele Cordiez put on their gloves to help me clean up the bicycle path next to our #bechtle #bechtlebelgium office. Crazy to realize that with cleaning up only 1 km of bicycle path, we filled 2 big trash bags with cans, bottles, plastics, bike parts, and even the remaining’s of a small electrical step🤯 #rivercleanupchallenge River Cleanup All we did was:🧤take a pair of gloves (safety first) and a bag👉 go outside and spend 10 (or 30) minutes cleaning up litter in your neighborhood 📷 share your hero picture on social media and challenge 3 colleagues/friends to do the same. Don’t forget to add #rivercleanupchallenge and River Cleanup You can do this too Donna Maes Ron Kraaijer and Sofie Geirnaert 💪 I challenge you to do the same as we did this morning.Special thanks to Niel Van Meeuwen for challenging me.
