Ring Of Spell Turning Ring, legendary(requiresattunement)
While wearing this ring, you have advantage on saving throws against any spell that targets only you (not in an area of effect). In addition, if you roll a 20 for the save and the spell is 7th level or lower, the spell has no effect on you and instead targets the caster, using the slot level, spell save DC, attack bonus, and spellcasting ability of the caster.
Compendiums are designed similarly to a mini wiki. A Compendium can be used both outside and within the VTT. You can perform quick rule searches and use the drag-and-drop functionality to populate fields on character sheets, such as equipment and spells. There are Compendiums available under different license models.
Roll20. SRD stands for "system reference document." It's a resource for players and creators that offers guidelines on what they can publish for a game or system.
You can change your Compendium selections at any point. Simply go back to the Game Settings page and Compendium Settings section. Once you've reselected your options, refresh your game and it will reflect the changes. Any new products will be automatically enabled.
By default, any rolls that you make are seen by everyone in the game. If you want to roll in secret, you can use the /gmroll command to perform a roll that only the GM and the original player who made the roll can see. If you are the GM, performing a /gmroll will only be visible to you.
You can achieve this by whispering the roll to yourself (/w JPicasso [[d20+5]] or /w gm [[d20+5]]), using the GM Roll command (/gr d20+5), or rolling the dice outside of Roll20 (up to and including using physical dice on your desk).
Enabling Drag-and-Drop Functionality for Your Sheet
This allows players to drag-and-drop an entry from the compendium directly into your sheet, and Roll20 will fill in the values you specify. To do so, you must add the class compendium-drop-target to the div tag surrounding the section you want to fill in.
If the players can only see their own light source/field of view, then the player who has split off in a different location on the map can only see what they see and the rest of the party can only see what they see. So this sort of split is doable if everyone's on the same map.
