My name is Hamish Tyrwhitt, and I have the honor of serving as the Chair of Macmahon's Board of Directors. Today, we gather to discuss the company's progress, challenges, and future prospects, and I'm delighted to be joined by a stellar group of key stakeholders.
First, let me extend a warm welcome to our esteemed Managing Director and CEO, Mick Finnegan, who has been instrumental in steering Macmahon's ship. Alongside him are Dharma Chandran, an Independent Non-Executive Director and the Chair of our Remuneration and Culture Committee, and Greg Evans, another Independent Non-Executive Director who chairs the Audit and Risk Committee. We also have David Gibbs, a Non-Executive Director representing AMMT, and Grahame White, an Independent Non-Executive Director, adding their valuable insights.
Furthermore, I'd like to introduce Ursula Lummis, our Chief Financial Officer, and Maha Chaar, our General Counsel and Company Secretary. Their expertise is invaluable as we navigate the complexities of our business. Also in attendance are Mr. Derek Meates, a partner from KPMG and our trusted auditor, and Mr. Rod Sons from Computershare registry, who serves as the returning officer for today's meeting.
But here's where it gets interesting: today's meeting is a hybrid affair, with shareholders and guests joining us both in person at our Perth office and virtually through a live stream. This innovative approach ensures that everyone, regardless of their location, can participate and have their voices heard. It's a testament to our commitment to transparency and inclusivity.
And this is the part most people miss: the importance of acknowledging the traditional custodians of the land. I'd like to take a moment to recognize the Whadjuk people, the traditional owners of the land where we meet today. I pay my deepest respects to their elders, past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, as well as our non-indigenous colleagues and friends.
