If you would like to reactivate an employee account that you, the employer, previously canceled (as opposed to self-cancellation via the employee), please contact the DailyPay Client Support team directly at client.support@dailypay.com.
How do I reset my DailyPay account? ›
Here is how to do that:
- Go to dailypay.com and click “Login” in the upper right corner or go to your DailyPay app.
- Select “Forgot your password? Click here to reset it.”
- Enter your email or phone number to receive a reset password link. If you do not find this email in your mailbox, please check your spam folder.
You can get started with DailyPay in a few simple steps. To start, select Sign Up in the DailyPay app or on the DailyPay website (hover over For Employees and then click Sign Up in the upper right on the website). Enter your personal email address and create a password. Select Create Your Account.
What happens after I cancel my DailyPay account? ›
If your DailyPay account is closed, you authorize us to inform the Hiring Entity and to provide the Hiring Entity for payment purposes the Primary Bank Account and related information we have on file for you.
How do I Unpause my DailyPay account? ›
You will receive an email notification letting you know your account status has been changed to Paused. Don't worry! If you begin working and receiving earnings again, you will be re-activated and able to take advantage of our services. Please reach out to our Support Team if you have any further questions.
Can I reactivate my DailyPay account? ›
If your employee wishes to resume using DailyPay after self-canceling their account, they can do so simply by logging back in using their previous credentials.
How do I unlock my DailyPay account? ›
To lock or unlock your DailyPay Card:
- 1 Open the DailyPay app and navigate to the Card tab.
- 2 Tap the card settings icon to manage your card.
- 3Tap Lock Card toggle to lock and unlock your card.
Your new DailyPay Card arrives in a card mailer that contains a QR code. Scan this code with the camera app on your phone to set a new PIN and activate your card.

How do I update my bank account information in DailyPay?
- Log into your account via the DailyPay app or a web browser.
- Select the three bars at the top left corner of the Home screen.
- Select Settings > Bank Accounts > Add New Bank Account.
- If this is your checking account, select Checking.
When signing up for DailyPay, you will need to do the following:
- Visit dailypay.com.
- Click “Sign up” (this is in black text at the top right-hand corner of your screen)
- On the new page that opens, enter your name (as it appears to your employer), email address, phone number and your employee ID.
You will have access to any amount up to, and including the Available Balance shown in your Daily Pay account. For the first three pay periods post-enrollment in Daily Pay, your Available Balance will be 50% of your gross pay (less if you have garnishments, such as child support payments).

Why is DailyPay not paying me? ›
This usually happens if the employee's personal bank account information (bank account and routing numbers) on file with DailyPay is incorrect. The rejected/failed payment will be returned by the bank to DailyPay. This process takes up to three business days.
