The Clockwork City is free-of-charge for current ESO Plus members or for purchase with crowns from the in-game Crown Store.
You can access the area with the following methods:
- Find Divayth Fyr's messenger in Mournhold's City Center to begin the quest “To The Clockwork City"
- Go to any local Mages Guild headquarters in Tamriel and find the note on a table titled “Order of the Eye Dispatch".
- Read the note to receive the quest “Of Knives and Long Shadows" and begin your new adventure.
- Travel to the Clockwork City and the Brass Fortress directly via your map
- Like Coldharbour, it is located “outside" Tamriel on the map
- Travel to a Friend or Guild mate already in the Clockwork City zone
