Culver's restaurant is open at 11820 Velp Ave. in Suamico, just north of the intersection with Lineville Road.
The Green Bay-area Culver's franchise owners are Mary and Conroy Soik and Dianne and John Mayer. There are four other Culver's restaurants in the Green Bay metro area, including two in Green Bay, one in Ashwaubenon and one in De Pere. The Soiks also own a Culver's in Marshfield.
