Cookie Clicker is an idle clicker game with a sizable list of achievements for players to earn, though some may be much more difficult to get than others. Seasonal achievements are unlockable milestones that are not available to the player all year round. These specific achievements are all tied to different holiday-themed events in Cookie Clicker, and each event naturally only comes once a year.

• Valentine's Season: Feb. 10th - Feb. 15th
• Business Day Season: Mar. 31st - Apr. 2nd
• Easter Season: Sunday before Easter - Easter (Palm Sunday - Ressurection Sunday)
• Halloween Season: Oct. 24th - Oct. 31st
• Christmas Season: Dec. 15th - Dec. 31st

Another way for players to access these seasonal events outside of their scheduled appearance is through the prestige mechanic in Cookie Clicker. After the player has baked 1 trillion cookies, they may use the Legacy button to reset their progress and ascend. Ascension earns an identical number of prestige levels and heavenly chips for the player, both equal to the cube root of the total number of trillions of cookies the player has baked. Heavenly chips are used as a currency to purchase upgrades while ascending. The Season Switcher upgrade costs 1,111 heavenly chips and becomes available after the player has purchased the Legacy upgrade for 1 heavenly chip and the Heralds upgrade for 100 heavenly chips.

With the Season Switcher upgrade the player will be able to purchase biscuits that will activate seasonal events for 24 hours. It's important to note the price of these biscuits will increase after every purchase and is not capped. There are specific biscuits associated with each seasonal event; the Lovesick biscuit for Valentine's season, the Fool's biscuit for Business Day season, the Bunny biscuit for Easter season, the Ghostly biscuit for Halloween season, and the Festive biscuit for Christmas season.

Seasonal Achievements In Cookie Clicker

Once the player triggers a seasonal event, either by playing Cookie Clicker at the relevant time of year or using a season-altering biscuit, they will gain access to that season's unique gameplay mechanics and upgrades, along with the achievements. All the seasonal achievements are earned through the holiday-specific gameplay mechanics or purchasing the upgrades that are only available during the event. There are no unique achievements in the Business Day season.

Christmas Season:

• Coming To Town - Reach Santa's 7th form.
• All Hail Santa - Reach Santa's final form.
• Let It Snow - Unlock every Christmas-themed cookie.
• Oh Deer - Pop 1 reindeer.
• Sleigh of Hand - Pop 50 reindeer.
• Reindeer Sleigher - Pop 200 reindeer.
• Eldeer - Pop a reindeer during an elder frenzy.

Valentine's Season has seven different flavored heart biscuits that will automatically unlock for purchase after the player bakes enough cookies during the season. Easter Season has 20 different eggs to collect. They drop rarely from golden cookies, wrath cookies, or wrinklers and can then be purchased from the Upgrades menu. During Halloween Season, seven different cookie flavors are unlockable for purchase. These Halloween cookies only drop from popped wrinklers, which will begin spawning after the player has started the Grandmapocalypse. Christmas Season includes seven unique flavors of biscuits that drop from popping the reindeer that spawn during this season. Once collected, these biscuits will be available for purchase from the Upgrades menu. The player will have to purchase A Festive Hat upgrade to start the Coming To Town and All Hail Santa achievements. Before the player can unlock the Eldeer achievement, they will have to start the Grandmapocalypse to allow wrath cookies to spawn.

They will next need to purchase the Bingo center/Research facility, which will automatically begin researching new upgrades for the Grandmas. Eventually, the One Mind upgrade will unlock for purchase, which will give wrath cookies a 33% chance to spawn. Clicking on a wrath cookie applies one effect from fifteen possible options and elder frenzy is the one required for this achievement. Each wrath cookie only has a 6% chance to grant this effect, and it lasts for only six seconds without upgrades, so getting the Eldeer achievement will require some patience.
