The Chaos Panzer is found on floor 188 and is flanked by two Resentful Surveillants. This is another battle where the central boss, the Chaos Panzer, is backed up by two support enemies that buff it and debuff us. The Chaos Panzer itself has no weaknesses, nulls wind and fire, and reflects light.

Chaos Panzer Weakness in Persona 3 Reload

Chaos Panzer does not have any weaknesses, but you'll be able to use any Physical attack and most Magic attacks besides Fire, Wind, and Light on it.

You'll find the Cultist of the Storm on floor 179. This floating mage will hit the party with punishing wind attacks, but has some weaknesses we can use to bring him down. He's weak to dark but will null strike attacks and resist fire.
