Informed by team member feedback, the committee has developed additional tools and training to help maintain a safe environment in our facilities.Ardent has implemented enhanced signage throughout our facilities and leveraged technology to identify risks. Through AI and smart hospital technology, caregivers or in-room devices can automatically signal for help if a caregiver is in need of support, ensuring swift intervention when it matters most.Safety is paramount, and we're continuously striving to maintain a workplace environment free from fear and intimidation.
