This comes as a surprise to many, considering her impressive performance in Otopeni two years ago, where she claimed the silver medal in this very event. Seemanova's absence leaves a vacant spot on the podium, and fans are eager to see who will step up to claim it.
But here's where it gets controversial. The #9 seed, Roos Vanotterdijk, has also scratched the event.
